Kappabashi Dougu Street Festival (cooking utensils street )
Merchant’s gathered in the Kappabashi area and started to sell old antique cooking tools which is the beginning of Kappabashi Dougu Street.
Nowadays , many foreigners come and visit this street to buy cooking tools and plastic food samples.
During the festival , you will be able to find some old unique cooking tools that you will not be able to find at any other time and there are going to be many events hold at this event.

Portable shrine Festival in Kiba park.( portable shrine contest)
This year, there are going to be 10 portable shrines and more than 2500 people are going to participate. You can experience the old traditional culture of Edo ,Taiko (Japanese drum ) and Ohayashi (Japanese flute ) and other Japanese culture as well.

Dance festival in Ikebukuro
There is going to be a dance festival at the street market ,which is the near the Ikebukuro station West Exit area.
You will be able to see lots of different kinds of Japanese traditional dancing shows.
The Yosakoi dancing show is the most famous show in this festival.

Celebrate National Museum of Western Art that has been registered as a world heritage site on the list of UNESCO’s cultural heritage.
Festival in Taito
In order to celebrate the National Museum of Western Art they are going to hold a festival at Ueno Park.
